This article reviews how social media and various online platforms are increasingly being used in congenital cardiology education. It discusses strategies for effective integration of digital tools—including podcasts, YouTube, Twitter, WhatsApp, and virtual reality—into teaching and self-directed learning, and also explores digital professionalism, scholarship, and methods for assessing the quality and impact of digital educational content.
